In primary combustion, the pellets are fed from below the burner, without disturbing the combustion process itself. The wood gases produced during this combustion rise to the secondary combustion cylinder, where additional air is injected and the wood gas mixture burns at about 800°C. In fact, this is a modulating gas burner that uses wood gases. These hot gases circulate once more around the combustion vessel, providing an additional combustion process. The hot gases are then led through the heat exchanger, where they transfer their energy to the heating water.
